The Programme, in cooperation with Roma Student Associations and through numerous activities, lends support to Roma, returnees from the EU countries, and other hard-to-employ persons (long-term unemployed, persons with no qualifications, persons with low qualifications, etc.) in their career and professional development, namely:
- Group and individual career guidance and counselling for beneficiaries and teaching basic job search skills,
- Support for the inclusion of Roma and other marginalised groups in skills training for a known employer and for the labour market, and support for trainees for the duration of training,
- Support to trainees in job search and in starting their own businesses.
