National level

The main political partner in the programme is the Ministry of Human and Minority Rights and Social Dialogue. The programme provides support in advising partner institutions in the implementation of the "Strategy for Social Inclusion of Roma Women and Men in the Republic of Serbia for the period 2016-2025", in order to build the necessary structures and processes, as well as an appropriate monitoring and evaluation system. Cross-sectoral cooperation at both national and local levels, and between levels, is an important part of these consultations. The activities that are carried out are:

• Analysis of the implementation and management of the Strategy for Social Inclusion of Roma Men and Women for the period 2016-2025. years ’’ with recommendations
• Survey of public opinion on citizens' attitudes towards Roma inclusion measures
• Development of instruments and training for monitoring the Strategy
• Support in the preparation of annual reports of the Coordination Body
