Public Call for the selection of beneficiaries for attending business trainings, awarding subsidies for self-employment and mentoring support
Within the project "Support to employment of Roma and returnees - E2R2", which is part of a broader Programe of German development cooperation "Inclusion of Roma and other marginalized groups in Serbia" implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH in cooperation with the Ministry of Human Rights and Minority Rights and Social Dialogue, the Initiative for Development and Cooperation - IDC, together with the Center for the Production of Knowledge and Skills - CPZV, announces
Public Call
for the selection of beneficiaries for attending business trainings, awarding subsidies for self-employment and mentoring support
Beneficiaries of the project will be supported through:
- Business trainings - trainings for starting one's own business or increasing the volume of one's own business / agricultural production and development of individual business plans;
- Subsidies for self-employment through the provision of machinery, equipment and raw materials for starting your own business in accordance with the individual business plan;
- Mentoring business support and business consulting for the implementation of individual business plans.
The right to support have returnees, Roma men and women and members of other hard-to-employ groups and members of their family households, who have a residence / stay in one of the beneficiary municipalities - IDC: City of Belgrade, City of Vranje, City of Leskovac, City of Subotica, Municipality Sid, Municipality of Presevo, Municipality of Bujanovac, Municipality of Osecina; CPZV: City of Novi Sad, City of Sabac, Municipality of Titel, Municipality of Beocin, Municipality of Zabalj, Municipality of Kula, Municipality of Stara Pazova, Municipality of Backa Palanka.
Returnees within the meaning of this public invitation are persons who have resided abroad (Germany or another country) for more than three consecutive months (the reason for residence may be asylum, work, studies, professional training or any other) and who have returned to their country of origin. The term "other country" refers to both European and non-European countries. If the returnee stayed in Germany and in another country, they are considered a "returnee from Germany". Unless the stay in another country obviously exceeds the length and proximity of the stay in Germany (eg stay in Germany 10 years ago, return from Italy six months ago).
For the purposes of this public call, members of the Roma national minority are considered to be persons who voluntarily and independently declare themselves to be considered a member of the Roma national minority.
For the purposes of this public call, members of other hard-to-employ groups are considered to be young people up to 30 years of age, redundant, over 50, unqualified and low-skilled, persons with disabilities, able-bodied beneficiaries of social assistance, long-term unemployed for more than 12 months, and especially unemployed persons who have been looking for a job for more than 18 months), young people in dormitory accommodation, young people in foster families, young people in foster families.
