As part of the Programme "Mobile Development Center", which is supported by German development cooperation within the "Inclusion of Roma and other marginalized groups in Serbia" project, the Roma Student Association conducted training for welders at the SZR PROHROM company from VLASOTINCE.

The training was conducted with the professional support of GFA Consulting Group. The training was completed by 8 trainees from Leskovac, Vlasotinac and Grdelica, of which 5 trainees immediately received formal employment in this company.
