The Initiative for development of Roma entrepreneurship – REDI, held training for Roma entrepreneurs as part of the Project "Roma Digital Boost" from 11th to 13th March 2022, in Nis, at the Hotel "Marica Grand".

The opening of the training was attended by Ivana Simonović and Miodrag Shrestha in front of the Programme Inclusion of Roma and other marginalized groups in Serbia, and Dragan Ognjanović - organizer of the employment Programme within the National Employment Service in Niš, who was also one of the lecturers at the training.

The training is organized within the Project "Roma Digital Boost" which aims to develop entrepreneurial capacities of Roma entrepreneurs and create employment opportunities for 20 Roma women and men. This Programme was developed in Northern Macedonia, which improved the business of Roma entrepreneurs and they are now transferring examples of good practice to Serbia. Topics covered include: knowledge and skills on business development, marketing, story telling, e-commerce, digital tools and fundraising.
